SMOKY PINEAPPLE MARGARITA
In a cocktail shaker add 1 ½ oz. MEZCAL RAÍZ OAXACA Espadín Joven, 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice, ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice, ½ oz simple syrup and a splash of orange liqueur over ice.
Shake and strain into a glass rimmed with salted chili pepper. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon slice.
MEZCAL MULE
In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz. MEZCAL RAÍZ OAXACA ensamble Espadín y Tobalá Joven, 4 oz. ginger beer, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice.
Shake and into a glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon slice.
MEZCAL PALOMA
In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz. MEZCAL RAÍZ OAXACA Tobalá Joven, 1 ½ oz. triple sec, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice, ½ oz. simple syrup and 2 oz. grapefruit juice.
Shake and strain into a glass rimmed with salt and add sparkling water. Garnish with grapefruit slide.
